Paya Bay Resort Anyone been there lately?

I spent a week at Paya Bay in March of this year.

It is very close to the east END of the island.

I loved the place, it was built, along with being owned and operated, by a family that has been on the island for over 200 years. There are two proper beach areas, one is larger and gets more wind that the other, there is a third water entry with loungers but not beach with sand. The staff is amazing, the food is island basic.

From what I understand they take in a limited number of cruise people. The other thing one need consider is..they have random "natural" weeks so parts of the resort may have folks with less on than more. :0)

They have a web site with pics.

If snorkeling is the goal this is NOT the place.
