ksh66 Posted November 25, 2013 #1 Share Posted November 25, 2013 I need all of your expert opinions. We have booked for a Feb 2014 cruise with ES. Today my husband got a call from a previous employer about a job opening and he is considering applying for it. If he does then he will not have any vacation time to go. I contacted Carnival to see if there was possibility that my daughter could go in his place. They informed me that as long as it was before final payment we could change it for $50.00. Is this true? For some reason I thought I read that we would lose his deposit. I appreciate your help in advance.

You won't lose his deposit but it will be a credit towards a future cruise in your husband's name minus $50. Your daughter would have to come up with her own deposit. ksh66 Posted November 25, 2013 Author #3 Share Posted November 25, 2013 Thanks for the quick response. So I would need to pay $200 or $250?
