Do the hotels in Long Beach offer shuttle to pier on day of cruise? Also, has anyone tried to get into what was the old Sheraton? Still comes up the Sheraton on most of travel sites.

It stopped being the Sheraton the end of June, but you can still call them direct and get a reservation. I've talked to them and they said they're open and taking reservations. In the meantime, before the change-over, I just made reservations at the Best Western in San Pedro. Don't know anything about it, but my husband wants to be as near to the port as possible and not knowing the area at all didn't want to take a chance on Long Beach.
