Reflection yoga classes ?

Do they offer special yoga classes on Carib cruises?....( The kind you pay extra for??)

 

Can anyone give me an idea of when they schedule these classes? How often?

 

What are the classes like?

Yes they do both pilates and yoga as well as spinning

 

You sign up by going to the gym and adding your names to the list - if you do the class you hand your card over at the end to pay

 

I did the yoga and enjoyed it but others that do it regularly chastised the instructor for not taking note of where people needed adjustment and could have hurt themselves

 

I think it was somewhere between $12.50 to $15 a class and they did yoga 6 times in 14 night cruise
