Hi,

I am looking at booking this spa package for on my upcoming cruise on Divina. Does anyone have any experience with this package? Was it easy to make your appointments for this when onboard? Did you enjoy the package treatments?

Thanks for your help

Yes nearly always book a package usually Platinum rose and/or Diamond orchid. I've had all the treatments that make up the golden Jasmine and they are all good. Never had an issue getting appointments when I wanted but as soon as I've dropped off my hand luggage in my cabin, I head straight to the spa reception to get my appointments made.

I have done Platinum Rose and was very impressed with the ladies' techniques. You do need to book your appointments as soon as you board. I made the mistake of dilly dallying and ended up missing some events to make my treatments. Be sure to tip your lady well. They make very little and send all of their money home. Also, you can request one particular person for your treatments that way she gets to know your preferences and you can get to know her personally. The package price is a good value too so splurge on your tip. They do not share tips.

You seem to mention to spurge on tips alot. Shouldnt you leave to the person having the treatments.

Tipping is not expected in the spa. It's a personal thing whether you wish to or not.

The staff set commission on sales of products so don't feel pressurised to tip of you don't want to. That said if you get the same person for all your treatments and want to tip, then do so.
