We had a 20% 'obstructed' cabin on Summit in Oct. Can't remember which cabin it was. Our obstruction was IMO little problem. It was a window/side tubular washing machine which was used in Port occasionally. While the ship was moving the machine was parked between our cabin and the one next door causing the 20% obstruction. I hardly noticed it.

You'll be one deck above the (in)famous "sweet sixteen" cabins with larger balconies, there is some ship's superstructure in your view. See pic below, opposite ship's side but your cabin is the one above the standing couple.
katrocity1 Posted December 31, 2013 #4 Share Posted December 31, 2013 What are the infamous sweet sixteen cabins? What class are they? Are they good or bad? We are on our first cruise on Summit next summer. Thanks!
Viva_la_Vida Posted January 1, 2014 #5 Share Posted January 1, 2014 What are the infamous sweet sixteen cabins? What class are they? Are they good or bad? We are on our first cruise on Summit next summer. Thanks! The sweet sixteen refer to the 16 forward veranda cabins (8 on each side) of deck 6 on the M class ships (Summit, Constellation, Infinity and Millennium). These have larger than average verandas and are 2C cabins so they are lower priced verandas. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=1610519&referrerid=422315 This link should answer a lot of your questions.
