Dress code

I've just been reading about the dress code on the RSSC website and I'm a little confused about how many (if any) formal nights there will be on our 10 night cruise next month. Can anyone tell me how many there will be and if there's a captains dinner party and if I will need a tuxedo or if it's optional.....thanks in advance

All cruises of less than 16 nights have no formal optional dinners. The dress code each evening will be elegant casual. Usually the second night is a Captain's reception. Some men will be in coat and tie but it is not necessary. The menu that evening will be one of the best menus of the cruise.
