Any word on your cruise about the "mosquito" virus on St. Maarten?

 

 

 

Have they given you any warnings, etc.?

 

 

 

It has apparently been reported on from the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

 

People on our board (3/2/14) on page 13 are talking about it.

 

 

 

I talked to a Captain's Club representative today and she said they haven't been told of anything right now so perhaps it was a couple of weeks ago. Just watch out for the mosquitoes. Don't let them bite you.

 

 

There has been no discussion of mosquitos - or notices. We were at Orient Beach today & saw zero mosquitos. I believe the threat has been downgraded. Probably best to check the CDC's website.

Do they have Zumba classes onboard? Have you noticed how often they are being held?

Yes Zumba has been held twice a day most days - at 8:45 am and 3:45 pm. The instructor is good!
