Soda package question

Is the soda package and a water package available to purchase on-line at some point ? I have been saving my dimes and pennies!

 

Soda package is available for prepurchase from NCL but you need to order in one of the methods listed in http://www.ncl.com/freestyle-cruise/gifts-and-more (while the page suggest that it could be found from MyNCL, I haven't seen it there), water packages (pre-defined number of bottles for fixed discount or price) are only available once onboard.
