Fridges in the cabins

Does ms Volendam have fridges in the cabins?

Only the cabins with verandahs on Volendam have mini bar type fridges.

In an ocean view or inside cabin, you can rent a bar fridge and stuff it under the desk. we did that to store insulin.

They need lots of notice, as there are a limited number available.

..this experience was a few years ago, on different HAL ships.

We were in an inside on Main deck while enjoying our NE/Canada onboard the Eurodam, Oct/13. There was a fridge, but we had not ordered it. Perhaps the previous occupants has made the arrangement ,

No, a fridge is standard in all cabins on the E-dam. OP was asking about the Volendam, where only balcony cabins have a fridge---really more of a chiller.

 

Here's the breakdown:

 

S- & R-class ships, cabins with a balcony have a fridge; inside and outside cabins may rent one.

Vista, Signature class ships, and Prinsendam, all cabins have a fridge.
