sail7seas Posted February 4, 2014 #2 Share Posted February 4, 2014 I have never been able to use magnets inside any HAL cabins and do not think magnets will work on Volendam cabin door.
jtl513 Posted February 4, 2014 #3 Share Posted February 4, 2014 (edited) It will definitely stick to the door frame. Put it up high, out of the reach of kids. . Edited February 4, 2014 by jtl513

Rare POA1 Posted February 5, 2014 #5 Share Posted February 5, 2014 Try the extra sticky post it pads. The sheets stick to any type of door and don't leave a mark. You can find them in any office supply store.
Topsham Posted February 5, 2014 #6 Share Posted February 5, 2014 Best thing is simply take a brown envelope... say 6 x 8 inch. Write your own cabin number on the envelope. Write your message on a slip of notepaper in the envelope and leave in the mail box of your own. Anyone trying to leave a message can leave it privately and politely in your mailbox. Leave the envelope in the mailbox and add notes at any time. It won't get lost. Or leave message on the telephone.

Such a neat and courteous way to receive messages without littering the door that others to have to look at.
