Billy overboard Posted February 11, 2014 #1 Share Posted February 11, 2014 First cruise and I could probable do a search, but getting married on Friday and I just want an answer. We got an email today saying not to arrive at Port Everglades before 1:30. We are sailing on Freedom on Saturday and we have FTTF. Is this just a standard email or do they really mean don't get there any earlier. Kind of makes FTTF less of a deal, was hoping to be on board late morning and having lunch before then. If it is just a standard email, what is the earliest you can plan to arrive and board. I doubt we will be the first ones there, but curious. Thanks. sand&seagirl Posted February 11, 2014 #2 Share Posted February 11, 2014 It's a standard email. We usually board around 11. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Forums mobile app
Mysticks1 Posted February 11, 2014 #3 Share Posted February 11, 2014 I normally arrive at the port around 10 to 10:30. Those emails go out to a lot of people. I never pay any attention to them. I would make sure you sign up online in your account for the text notifications. They will text you if there is a real delay for your sailing like the fog they had in Galveston this week.
