Group snorkeling/scuba - catamaran tours?

I'm cruising with a group of 30+ people (kids to adults). I was curious if there were tour operators where we could book the whole thing for snorkeling/scuba and then off to a beach as well? Anyone know of any or have any experience doing similar? Of course, I'd have to be weary of their cancellation policy in case weather/water is bad. Thanks!

We did the Fury Catamaran/Snorkel last week. The snorkeling was good and the Beach was nice, the margaritta's could have used a little more tequila. The big negative and the reason I would try to find someone else to go with is it's only 45 minutes snorkeling and 1 hour on the beach, not alot of time for $59 a person.
