Layouts???

They are basically the same. Just remember, that if you want to go from one end to the other, you can do it on Promenade Deck (deck 5-from show lounge in front, through the casino, to comedy lounge in back) or on the Lido deck (deck 9- outside in the open air by the pools, through the buffet area, and back pool area).

Or simply walk the hallway of any deck in between those floors.

For example, you want to go to dinner in deck 3 aft, and you are in room 6xxx. Just walk out your door all the way to the rear elevators and go down to 3.

After dinner, you want to go to the show in front lounge, go up to deck 5 in the aft elevators, walk through casino to balcony of show lounge.

You don't want to use the second set of elevators, take the stairs down - work off some of that supper.

Liberty and Victory are both Conquest class ship layout.....pretty much the same with the galley in the middle. The Liberty is just newer than the Victory, but follow the great directions of the poster above me for getting to dining room in aft/rear of ship.
