Boarding time for the Sky

Embarkation/disembarkation times are usually the same regardless of the ship: they want to have the ship empty of previous passengers around 10am and boarding of new passengers starts usually between 11am and noon (in my experience closer to noon).

At boarding time (say noon) are cabins ready? If not, what time do they open up? Also, what venues are open for lunch on boarding day? Is a dining room open at all? Thanks

Usually on all NCL ships cabins are ready by 2pm or so. On all NCL ships there is one MDR open on embarkation day and on sea days, usually from noon to 2pm.
