QM2 27/8/05 Southampton to NY Advice Please

Hi,

 

My wife and I have booked a return cruise to NY on the QM2 leaving Southampton on 27th Aug 05, I have no idea what to expect weather wise and would appreciate any help with what to take Thermals or Thong??.

I know that there is no luggage restriction but as I have only booked bargain basement I expect to be limited on room space.

Can anyone help??.

Thermals or Thong

 

Neither. Weather unpredictable, but probably warm, 'formal' (DJ, long gown) if you want to join in in the evening, for day time smart casual in layers to add & subtract as appropriate. Cabin storage should be fine.

We were on the 7/11 sailing - very calm seas, low-mid 70s during the day. There is plenty of room for luggage under the bed! 3 Formal nights were observed. Layered, casual attire during the day. Hope this helps!
