Guarantee cabin assignment finally here

Hello everyone, I finally have my cabin assignment, I have 6286 on Carnival Freedom? Can anyone told me more information on this cabin? For what I see it is an access cabin near elevator and atrium????

I've been in 6288 on a sister ship..... your cabin may be fine, but it's not a location I'd book again. We had noise issues from both the sports bar below and from the atrium. Nowhere near as bad as the folks aft over the disco, but we heard every cheer from the sports bar when games were on, easily heard the atrium entertainment each night, and lots of talking in the halls as people came off the elevators - especially late at night.

 

Sorry- wish I could be more upbeat about that spot but it really wasn't my favorite.

Looks like you have the atrium below you and you're behind the atrium elevators.

 

Looks like a decent spot.

 

You might be able to hear the music from the atrium.

 

I've never stayed in the area, elevator noise could be an issue. Or should I say people around the elevators waiting to get on and coming off.

It wasn't cruise ruining or anything, just more noticeable noise than I was used to.

If you are concerned about the noise, pack some earplugs to pop in at night. My hubby snores and works like a charm for me.
