Mini suite pacific jewel

We have just booked our next cruise after a few years of land travel. We are doing sydney -brisbane-Islands - brisbane in June. We are currently booked balcony cabin deck 11 midship and are wondering about upgrading to a mini suite. What are the perks and what number cabin is the best?

not sure about the perks but if you want a mini suite i would pick one on the port side as its the non smoking side so you should not get a lot of noise from above

I have done a Mini suite on Pac Dawn and the only perks were the actual room but thats all you need:)

 

To be honest we did sort of get some extra special treatment from staff once they see your cruise card especially in the dinning room, it seemed nothing was too much trouble for them:)

Sailed in a mini suite on both the Pacific Jewel and Pacific Pearl and in the words of the hotel manager onboard Pacific Jewel " everybody is treated the same the only difference is the size of the real estate". However, the extra space was certainly enjoyable except a little noisy.

So priority boarding and priority tenders arent a perk?

 

Canapes get sent to every room?
