Definitely, I found the full oriana suite worth extra cost.. Oriana getting a bit old now but looked at floor plans of suites on similar P&O ships I think layout of Oriana suite better.:)

We've never had a full suite on Oriana, but have had a mini-suite.

 

IMHO the mini-suites are brilliant - and def as good as the full suite we had on Arcadia, with the exception of the bathroom. If there isn't much difference in cost, I'd say go for the suite, but if there is, you definitely wouldnt be disappointed with the mini suite.
