If I'm understanding correctly, you are asking:

While on board, can you book a cabin on a future cruise for friend not on that cruise with you?

Under the new future cruise program you can, since the open booking certificates are transferable; and you can book others, even in separate cabins, as long as you have all of their information. One family member recently booked future cruises for others, while she was aboard, so I know this can be done.

You also seem to be asking about the Balcony Voucher. That is unique to Royal Caribbean, Celebrity has a different upgrade program for Captain's Club.

Yes, a friend of mine will sail with Majesty OtS next month, and I would like to book him for me (and my family) on a cruise with Reflection.

He's not my book the same cruise.

How much bonus will have a balcony cabin onboard for 2D? (300$)

I' am Elite Capitan's Club and this departure is one of those vouchers (25-Aug)
