Trouble cancelling carnival excursions...help

I have made two excursion reservations on to our credit card that we want cancel now. When I go on to Manage My Cruise and try to Edit, it won't let me Confirm Changes. I have sent an email several days ago to shore excursions @ carnival dot com and haven't heard back.

 

Is anyone else having trouble modifying their excursions on the carnival website?

I had the same issue and just called Carnival. They took care of it for me. First I was told it was because I was using Firefox but the second time I was told they are having issues with their system.

Just call them it is easier.

I had the same problem last week and I called. They said they were having problems with this screen. I then got a confirmation of the cancellation...

Yep, had this same problem! I tried canceling from my laptop using Firefox and Explorer both. I even tried from my phone, my iPad, and my husband's laptop, and had the same problem. Finally gave up and just called Carnival and canceled over the phone. :)

Oh, and I also emailed them about it, and they said they could not cancel the excursion via email, that I had to cancel online or call them directly.

Thanks all. I knew my CC experts could help. I wound up calling.

 

They put me through to tech support actually and the tech had me go to (in Internet Explorer although I told him it wasn't working for Google chrome either) 'tools' then 'compatibility settings' and add carnival.com. I was then able to cancel the excursions.

 

Maybe this will help someone else. You guys rock.:D
