Princess Website Issue?

Is anyone else having issues with the Cruise Personalizer web page? I am getting a error message when I try to access my booking information?

Yes--I can only get in via My Princess where it says "Personalize" next to the cruise.

Yes. I just experienced the same thing. I thought it might just be me, as my TA is trying to get something straightened out with them. Guess I'm not alone.

I called Princess and they were aware of the issue. I just checked again and it's working for me.

I've been having trouble for 3 months now with my personalizer, have sent messages twice to the web support page and received nothing back. My personalizer says I have 5 saved cruises, but when I go to look at them, only 1 shows up. When I go to try to save the other 4, it says they r already saved!
