Does anybody know if 6 day cruise on the breeze has 1 or 2 formal/ elegant nights and which nights are they?

Our 5-day cruise had 2 "formal" nights. I don't remember when they were though. Usually the 1st formal night is the first sea day after embarkation.

3/9 sailing it was first day at sea (Monday night) and grand caymen night (Wednesday night)

I was bringing this question back to life - planning a honeymoon trip for my daughter and her new husband - looking at a 6 day Breeze cruise in November - I didn't want to make reservations for the Steakhouse on a formal night, so - just kind of confirming that the general consensus says formal days are usually on Sea Days? Thanks everyone!
