Cabin balcony size Diamond Princess

Hi have just booked our cruise for the first time on Princess , just wondering if any one can tell me, we have booked cabin C224 forward deck 10 , and on the princess website site it states is a BE cabin 277sq feet which includes a balcony of 73sq feet

But on a couple different TA websites it states cabin C224 is a BB cabin with a balcony of 40sq feet?

Can anyone tell me which one it is and have any photos
