I have been on hold with reservations for almost 2 hrs! We leave in 1 week on FOS & I have some things I need to check on & ask about so I need an operator.

Royal is having some major good deals, the best being 3 and 4th person in a cabin or aka kids sail free, $50.00 deposit per person, and free upgrade. Its gonna be busy till tomorrow night at least, when the sale ends.

I would call Crown & Anchor at 1-800-526-9723 as hold time should not be as long. Just remember it is the weekend. If you can wait until tomorrow, you may have better luck.

You should have used a travel agent.

Then you wouldn't have to sit on hold for 2+ hours....

Try early in the morning--like right when they start taking calls. I got through instantly doing that the other day.

Wrong, waits just as long for agents sometimes according to mine.

I had problems earlier this month. I was told it would be better when this promotion ends in March. I have to call next week to do the final payment.
