Royal is having some major good deals, the best being 3 and 4th person in a cabin or aka kids sail free, $50.00 deposit per person, and free upgrade. If you can wait until tomorrow, you may have better luck. Try early in the morning--like right when they start taking calls. I got through instantly doing that the other day. You should have used a travel agent. Then you wouldn't have to sit on hold for 2+ hours.... Wrong, waits just as long for agents sometimes according to mine.
