J_Viggy Posted April 4, 2014 #1 Share Posted April 4, 2014 (edited) Hi! So I'm booked Early Saver on the Triumph, coming up April 21 (so soon yay!) I have an aft extended balcony. I'm checking for rate decreases, and I see that if I click balcony and then choose super saver, it will let carnival select a balcony room for me and would be somewhat cheaper. Would I be able to get that rate, or are extended afts never included in the available balconies when Carnival is choosing for you? I know I can call Carnival and ask, but figured I'd start here :) Edited April 4, 2014 by J_Viggy typo
winddawn Posted April 4, 2014 #2 Share Posted April 4, 2014 The pack and go super saver rates are not usually honored under early saver. The super saver rate is a guarantee and guarantee rates don't qualify under early saver. :-(
flounder315 Posted April 4, 2014 #3 Share Posted April 4, 2014 NO you have to find a fare for another extended aft balcony with a lower price to get the reduce rate.
J_Viggy Posted April 4, 2014 Author #4 Share Posted April 4, 2014 Well, since all the extended afts are taken, Im guessing that's not gonna happen LOL! Oh well, thanks for the info. Makes sense.
BigDfromTN Posted April 4, 2014 #5 Share Posted April 4, 2014 Only other option would be to find a "Higher" rated cabin and move to it. That would likely be a down grade to where you are in a lot of ways.
