Hi we are going to St Thomas on the Carnival Valor in 1/2015 and really want to maybe find a great snorkeling excursion around St Thomas or even St John's. Anyone with some opinions on who or what to look for when I "search".

Thanks :D

You will find numerous options, from great off the beach snorkeling to excellent, small group daysails that moor off the cays of STJ.

For beaches check out Sapphire, Secret Harbor, Cowpet and Coki, and for daysails Yacht Nightwind and High Pockets. There's a thread titled beautiful beaches of st thomas with descriptions that you'll find as you start researching.

Have a great cruise!

You can always hire a private charter to take you all around...hit all the highlights! We used Jester Sailing last week...a full day sail with as many stops as we wanted...a lovely barbeque lunch...lots of drinks and snacks...

Captain Jim was wonderful!!!

You can google Jester Sailing and find his website....it was the most amazing day!!!
