Looking for recommendations for family activities in Key West

My wife and I,( early 30's) and our 3 DD (13-11-1). will be visiting in Late November On the Grandeur.

 

Any suggestions or tips for out time in Key West will be greatly appreciated.

We plan on stopping by the FL Keys Eco. Center. It's free too! Not sure if a 3 year old would love it. But I think many kids would.
