Recommended meeting place on adventure?

Hi all,

I've arranged a group booking for Flam railway on a Norway cruise later this month rather than pay rccl excursion prices, arranged via CC roll call.

 

As I've not cruised before, can someone recommend where a good meeting place would be for the 12 people, as I assume there's a lot of people moving around and disembarking?

Somewhere on the ship, just off it? What works best?

Your best option would be to all meet on the ship - the Champagne Bar is in a good location, near elevators for disembarking. Also if you need to collect money from your group for the train it's a good idea to do it beforehand and then you go to the station for the group tickets and meet the group at the barrier for entrance onto the platform - make sure you get there on time. Your booking name will be on one of the carriage windows.

Have a great time - the Flam Train is a great trip - especially the waterfall stop.

Not to be deliberately contrary but I've always arranged to meet people near the bottom off the gangway getting off the ship. I carry my own sign!

We've had good luck meeting at the Cafe Promenade.
