Kai Sushi cover charge on Sun Princess?

I was just wondering, what is the cover charge for Kai Sushi on Sun Princess? Or do you pay per plate. Also, if you have tried the sushi, how was it?

 

I'll be trying it regardless, just curious :)

On the Diamond, we found Kai Sushi to be very fresh and enjoyed it very much (even though sea food is not my normal cup of tea). However a CC member who was on the itinerary directly before ours noted that is was not very fresh.
