Breeze Balcony Cabin Question

I made reservation a year ago. I booked 7676, 7378 and 7380 and 7382 on the Breeze. I was told all dividers can open to make one large balcony which is great since we are all family.

 

We had to cancel 7376 because my brother-in-law couldn't make the trip. A

 

Today, I am told only 7380 opens to 7382 and the family in 7378 has a railing in between that doesn't open.

 

Can anyone confirm? This is very frustrating to be told this now and get conflicting information from Carnival.

Depends on where the cabin door to the balcony is located. They cannot open a divider if it blocks the door.

The balcony for cabin 7378 connects to the balcony of cabin 7376.

The balcony for cabin 7380 connects to the balcony of cabin 7382.

Thanks so much! So we are out of luck from 7378 to 7380. Not going to be fun telling family members that news. A shame that I was misinformed by Carnival.
