change of booking lost 123 promo

Just changed from Infinity to Eclipse this coming Sept , Celebrity has taken our 123 promotion for the cruise off us .

 

has this happened to any one else or any advice.

ps we booked 2 cruises at once and all cruises where included at the time and just returned from the Equinox last week so weve spent a lot with Celebrity this year.

I thought they were still offering it. I asked our TA about our second booking and found it was after the end date for sailing for the promotion, but yours should be within the time limit. I know you lose OBC,etc., on special promotions when you change, but you'd think if they were still offering the deal, you'd get it unless Eclipse was excluded.

Very interesting to see what you find out about this.. Good luck, that is a bummer.

Yes, that is my understanding, if you change cruises (ship or date) you lose the 123 Go promo. I believe the current 123 Go promo starts for cruises in Oct, so that is no help. Sorry I can't be more help then that.
