Do a search on the Europe and the British Isles boards and you'll find lots of companies that provide excellent service. Unfortunately we hired Airport Transfers and I would not recommend you use them. They did not provide the van and trailer we ordered and paid for in advance. Instead they used a van with small, uncomfortable seats (one person had to ride sideways with their feet dangling into the stairwell). Luggage for 9 people was jammed into the rear of the van. It was a horrible ride back to Heathrow. Despite the promise by the owner (Malcom) to refund the cost of the trailer that was not provided, we never did get a refund. Avoid Airport Transfers even if it means a few more dollars for a reputable company.
