what sort of plug adapters are used on emerald princess ,American or euro

The outlets are three hole American style near the desk.

 

The bathroom outlet for razors is two hole American style and two hole European style.

There is an European plug under the bed ( nearest the closet on ships we've bin on) where the bedside lamp is plugged into, all the others are American.

there are 2 US type sockets above the dressing table and drawers, but we have found them to be very close together and have never been able to plug more than 1 UK plug and adaptor in at a time.

So either buy a adaptor plug that allows you to plug in 2 UK plugs in to it or invest in a Extension cable that has a US or EU wall plug but will take up to 4 UK plugs.

I've found them on Ebay and Amazon but they aren't cheap.

The US sockets will take a little longer to charge from so bear that in mind.

DH always chargers his phone from the EU socket behind the bed, as it's quicker charging.

We take an extension thingy....sorry not technical... Its a strip that has 3/4 uk plug sockets and 2 USB ports for i pads phones, kindles, we plug it into an adaptor by TV and have no problems..
