Does CCL ever respond to messages sent on their web site?

Got back from a cruise on the Sunshine about three weeks ago.

 

I sent CCL a message to their comments section on their website about a problem I had on my cruise.

 

That was about two weeks ago and I have not heard back from them.

 

Does CCL ever respond? If not, what is the best way to reach out to them about my complaint?

I did send them a message and it took them a few days to respond; certainly not two weeks. So go ahead and contact them directly or via phone.

I sent them a message in December after a cruise on their web site about an issue with FTTF and they did respond back to me in about two weeks time and resolved the issue to my satisfaction
