London to Harwich cruise train

I wouldn't bother with the cruise train unless you have major mobility issues and can't do the change on the 'normal' train at Manningtree. The cruise train is usually about twice as expensive for exactly the same trip (without the change). Read about changing at Manningtree here http://cruiseforums.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2055639

Having said that, you could probably walk up and pay, but booking ahead ensures you get on and is a bit cheaper. Check out times and prices for trains at http://ojp.nationalrail.co.uk/service/planjourney/search

Your start station is 'London Liverpool Street' (LST) and your destination is 'Harwich International' (HPQ). (Just use the 3 letter codes).
