Miami airport layover - any to dos?

We have a long (5 hour) layover in the Miami airport on an upcoming trip. Is there anything to do nearby? Our flight arrives around 3pm on a Sat, the next flight is not until 8pm, so I'm assuming we'll have at least 3 hours of available time. Not a lot, but not really interested in staying inside the airport.

Any ideas welcome!

I had my 1st Mojito on a layover in that AP. I highly recomend them :D
