When booking a room for parents and infant (9 months) do you book for 3 people or two? Does carnival charge for infants? Thanks in advance.

Yes, you need to book a room for 3, and the child will be charged whatever the current going rate for 3rd passenger is at the time of booking. There will be no gratuities charged for the child.
