Transportation with mobility scooter

My handicap mother will be renting a scooter throw the cruise ship we would like to go to horseshoe bay then swizzle inn then shopping in Hamilton but the buses aren't handicap accessiable an the ferry don't go to horseshoe bay just Hamilton, How far is Hamilton to horseshoe bay? and Hamilton to swizzle inn? can u drive the distance with the scooter?

Dockyard to Horseshoe Bay beach = 9 miles ( approx )

 

Hamilton to Horseshoe Bay beach = 5,5 miles ( approx )

 

Horseshoe Bay beach to the "new" Swizzle Inn ( it's not "THE" Swizzle Inn almost everyone is referring to ) = 1 mile ...BUT if I remember correctly there is NO sidewalk on that road...I would not get on that road with a scooter.

 

The original Swizzle Inn is about 7,5 miles away from Hamilton

 

Getting around on your own in Bermuda with a scooter is not easy...
