Wiggster Posted January 15, 2015 #26 Share Posted January 15, 2015 Hi, I'm going on the Costa Serena from 30 January departing from Dubai, I called my travel agent (CruiseNation) and they quoted me £20.70 per person per day for the drinks package which seems to me to be a rather poor exchange rate based on the initial 25 euro a day, anyway is it cheaper to either book online or on the ship or just pay the travel agent price? I did call Costa UK but they were a bit vague If I book online does the money get taken straight away or come off at the end of the cruise, and do you get charged in Euros or if you purchase on board is it still 25 euro and does it just get added to your cruise account and charged to your Credit Card at the end of the holiday. This may sound a bit stingy but my other half doesn't drink alcohol and I'm paying for some of hers as I can guzzle it down but she's a slow drinker anyway..so I between us i want to get it as cheap as possible.. davidlocky Posted January 22, 2015 #27 Share Posted January 22, 2015 Hi, we've just booked the Costa Fortuna on the 10th April, it's four years since we travelled with Costa, can anyone tell me if they still do the Wine & Water package as well as AI?
