Booking confirmation email

I've made all our QM2 bookings by phoning Cunard directly and have always received the email booking confirmation within minutes. Are you sure that Cunard has your correct email address? There is also a chance that your junk filter has tossed their email.

With our last booking they failed to send it. The booking was made got Voyage personaliser login details within a few hours of booking but not the confirmation email. About a week later we realised we had not got the actual confirmation email with price breakdown, called Cunard and it was there a minute later along with their apologies. Strange because we got all other emails but not that one.
