They pulled my details across from my P&O records and didn't ask for an email during the process but did say I would receive email confirmation. The booking was made got Voyage personaliser login details within a few hours of booking but not the confirmation email. About a week later we realised we had not got the actual confirmation email with price breakdown, called Cunard and it was there a minute later along with their apologies.
