How do we know if we are casino players club members? We gamble on every cruise. Is there somewhere on line you can check and can you see your account?

If you play the slot machines with your S&S card in the machine then you are automatically a member.

 

There isn't anyway to check your own account and points don't accumulate from cruise to cruise.

 

If you contact the Players Club about 6 weeks before your next cruise they will look at your past play on your most recently completed cruise and perhaps award you some comps (anything from free drinks to casino cash).

I have always called and talked to someone on the phone but when I called this morning I was told that you have to leave a message on a recorded line or send an email with your questions. There is a 72 hour turn around on all requests.
