Eurodam time zone in Caymans

On the Eurodam Western Caribbean cruise last February I cannot remember if we changed time zones to Central when in the Caymans or just stayed on Eastern time.

It was the only port that we were in the Central time zone.

Does anyone know for certain?

Were there last year and seem to remember that we changed times. Thought it was weird but found out that the ship (Prinsedam) stays on the time for wherever they are at the moment.
With very few exceptions (such as Puerto Vallarta) alll HAL ships change to local time.

Checked my daily "On Location" programs.

For our Nieuw Amsterdam cruise in November we did not change the clocks for Grand Cayman. Instead we moved the clocks Back an hour before we got to Cozumel and then moved the clocks Forward on our way to Key West.

In March/April we moved the clocks Back for Grand Cayman and then moved them Forward on our way to Key West.
