Experience with these ports?

Hi, my husband and I are going to these ports on the equinox over the holidays and would like any tips you may have. We are also wondering about which currency we need if you have any experience with that as well. We normally travel with US cash. This is our first celebrity cruise but 5 th overall :)

We did that cruise last year. Every port not only accepted USD, they wanted it.
