Drink vouchers on Explorer?

Were you able to get a drink at any bar. Did you have to tell bartender you are using free drink voucher? Thanks

I only used them a couple times and told them I wanted to use the D+ coupon. Yes, you can get the drinks at most bars, but not the Windjammer, MDR or specialty restaurants. And only between the hours of 4:30 and 8pm. I tried to get a drink about 8:02pm and they wouldn't allow it. That was in the theater. Not sure about other restrictions. At some bars, I had to sign for it, others, I didn't.

Expect that they would have both the vouchers and the DL/CL.
