Royal Romance Vow Renewal

We are thinking of doing a vow renewal while on the Independence of the Seas. Has anyone got any experience with dealing with the Royal Romance department? I would want to hold the renewal on the beach of the private island and not sure that is possible. Any insight?

Slow to respond to emails and won't confirm a lot till late but seem to come through in the end talking to others
