Larnaca and Mykonos ports what to do?

Is there anything actually at these ports are they beside a beach shops or I'm I goin to have to pay a small fortune to do an excursion to the nearest beaches all help much appreciated

Can't speak for Larnaca as I haven't been there for years. We were in Mykonos with Celebration last month though. If you find your way through the town to the bus terminal (ask anyone) then you can get a local bus for a 20 minute run over to the 'Shirley Valentine' beach. Remember the film? Lovely beach and a couple of really nice bar/restaurants right there. We though it was a worth while visit. Where the bus drops you, you have to go down a steepish hill and obviously come back up on return! Ask anyone at the bus terminal for the beach, they are all familiar with we Brits going there! Buses are every 20 minutes and cost about 2 euro if my memory serves. Enjoy.

In Larnaca last year on the Celebration and you can either get the ship's shuttle bus or a local bus to the beach which is only about a 5 minute drive. Sea was lovely and warm in September.
