Moving rooms on a GTY

Celebrity allows you to move rooms within a category, once you are assigned a room on a guarantee. Does HAL allow this too? Relatives of ours going on our cruise have been assigned a room, but wanted to see if they could move closer to our room. Thanks!

Call the TA or HAL if booked thru them directly. Obviously everything comes down to what's left after assignmnets are all made. Just call for any options.

If you all have booked through a TA, then the TA must make the call to see if there are any cabins left that are close to yours.

If there is a cabin that hasn't been booked close to yours, don't be surprised if HAL tells your TA that they will have to cancel their booking and make a new booking. Just have the TA try to make a deal not to do that.
