I assume you are referring to the Ritz Carlton?

Yes, the Ritz is to the right of Mandarin Oriental and the latter is connected to Marina Square. I can't recall if the Ritz is directly connected, but even if not, it should just be a very short walk. Ask the staff.

 

Bottom-line is that you can easily walk to the Marina Square to get food and stuff. Don't need to eat at the expensive restaurants in the Ritz, unless you want to.
